Abstract

Standard of living of people bettered sharply unlike last 60's~70's by development of modern industrial society and extension of city scale etc. But we can know that accident is stone wall factor that threaten modern person's life even if see thing which various disaster occurs continuously. I wish to present condition and practice plan of safety education that is fit in local citizenry and actuality through safety city awareness questionaire about safety educational programs for damage risk factor of accident that is occurring in jeju area to solve accident, there is purpose of this study to contribute in islander's quality of life elevation reducing demage incidence rate and economical loss by demage. A. Maslow humanism psychologist sorted system about safety needs next to most physiological desire that is subordinate concept among human's desire. This logic in everyday life of people guarantee of safety that can not emphasize too by very important thing be. Fire fighting safety education is not education that make picking up of knowledge by purpose but it is education for bearing. It can not become systematic and recursive education by method that is requested education from school or place of business in once or twice a year because need systematic and recursive education or visits in the fire station. This study presented the following alternative after analyze problem of fire fighting safety education of current recognizing these problem. First, safety education complete charge center to make safety city should establish and administer. That complete charge manpowers consisted of educationists of each field such as fire fighting, police, administration, hygiene, teaching etc. must consider plan that join execute order style safety education that is correct to education subject person by class by age. Second, normalized commonness education teaching material that reflect jeju area characteristic to propel standard safety education should develop and supply. Third, islander safety experience facilities should expands and administer to activate experience education to students and islanders who visit fire station. Fourth, fire fighting safety education execute in school's formality course of study by improving safety education system and Safety education connection complete charge teacher should be arranged in the school. Also include safety education program in teacher research study process, and makes fire fighting connection charge teacher give incentive at school safety education can be activated make should. May prevent artificial disaster in the advance if improve safety through suitable safety studying from child to old man with this system and cope problem even if some emergency circumstance happens. Safe City means All of the area member that try to make safety environment not already safety city, therefore through systematic fire fighting safety teaching, we must make Jeju Safety City.
