직업카드를 활용한 진로탐색집단상담 프로그램이 제주지역 중학생의 자아정체감과 진로결정효능감에 미치는 효과

Abstract

본 연구는 중학생들을 대상으로 진로집단상담 프로그램을 사용한 수업이 학 생들의 자아정체감과 진로결정효능감에 미치는 효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 다음과 같은 연구 문제를 설정 하였다.

연구문제 1. 진로집단상담 프로그램이 중학생의 자아정체감에 미치는 효과는 어떠한가? 연구문제 2. 진로집단상담 프로그램이 중학생의 진로결정효능감에 미치는 효 과는 어떠한가?

위와 같이 설정한 문제를 연구하기 위하여 제주특별자치도 J시의 J중학교에 재 학중인 1학년 학생들로서 진로탐색집단상담 프로그램의 내용과 연구 목적을 이 해하고 자발적으로 참여에 동의한 학생을 실험집단과 통제집단에 각각 15명씩 무선 배정하였으며, 2015년 3월 5일부터 2015년 4월 10일까지 주 2회(목, 금요일) 10회기의 자료를 수집하여 연구에 사용하였다. 연구의 측정도구는 자아정체감의 사전, 사후검사는 박아청(2003)의 '자아정체감 검사'를(이 척도는 총 50문항으로 구성되어 있으며, Likert 5점 척도로써 점수가 높을수록 자아정체감이 높은 것을 나타낸다. 주도성의 5개 하위영역에서 각 10 문제씩 총 50문항으로 구성되어 있으며 본 연구의 신뢰도 계수(Cronbach's a)는 .93이다), 진로결정효능감의 사전, 사후검사의 측정 도구는 Tayloy와 Betz (1983)가 개발한 Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Scale의단축형 (CDMSES-SF)을 조아미(2001)가 번안한 것(진로결정효능감 척도는 직업정보, 목표선택, 미래계획, 문제해결의 4개의 하위 영역으로 구성되어 있다. 이 척도는 5점 척도로 구성되어 있으며, 점수가 높을수록 진로결정효능감이 높은것이다.)을 사용하였다.

자료의 분석은 실험집단과 통제집단 각각의 사전·사후 검사에서 평균과 표준편차를 구하여 T-검정을 실시하여 진로탐색 집단상담 프로그램이 자아정체감과 진로결정효능감 향상 효과가 있는지를 확인하였다. 자료처리를 위해서 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하였다. 본 연구의 분석 결과를 바탕으로 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.

첫째, 진로탐색 집단상담 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단은 참여하지 않는 통제집 단에 비하여 자아정체감이 유의하게 높아졌다.

둘째, 진로탐색 집단상담 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단은 참여하지 않는 통제집 단에 비하여 진로결정효능감이 유의하게 높아졌다

이에 본 연구에서 진로탐색 집단상담 프로그램은 자아정체감과 진로결정효능감에 긍정적인 효과가 있음이 확인되었다.

Hypothesis 1. Career Group Counseling Program will affect the ego identity.
